1. Who is it for — one real person?

Not "teenagers" or "gamers." A name and an age. "My sister Aisha, 16."

2. What painful thing do they do — and how do you know it's painful?

The tell of a real problem is a bad workaround already in use: a sticky note, a janky spreadsheet, a group chat doing a job no app does.

3. Can you hand the first version to that exact person soon?
